Introduction
This Loyalty Program is offered by Lost Mountains Adventures (the "Company"). The Program is designed to reward our customers in Saudi Arabia for their continued patronage
Eligibility
The Program is open to all individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who are legal residents of Saudi Arabia. Employees of the Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Program
How to Earn Points
Customers can earn points for every spending on bookings at Lost Mountains Adventures locations in Saudi Arabia. For example, if a customer spends SAR 100 on bookings, they will earn 1 point
How to Redeem Points
Points can be redeemed for a variety of rewards, such as discounts on future bookings, merchandise, gift cards, and cashback. The specific rewards that are available will vary from time to time
Terms and Conditions
The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Program at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the terms and conditions will be posted on the Company's website
Value of Points
The value of points may change at any time without prior notice. The current value of points can be found on the Company's website
No Cash Equivalent
Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash
Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. If the Program is terminated, all points will be forfeited
General
Points cannot be transferred to any other user
Only customers over 18 can enjoy the benefits of this program
The Company has all the rights to cancel all the points and rewards
The tire achievement points can be changed anytime without prior notifications
The Company has the right to add any extra condition over points collection for any tire or outdoor gear
The points are valid for 1 year only. The Company can keep your points or delete it after passing one year without using it
The user has no right to claim this point through court or ministry of commercial or consumer protections
The Company has the right to limit the value of the point exchange discount
Users can redeem their points for many rewards, such as discounts, cashback, or any other rewards that are available. The specific rewards that are available will vary from time to time
Users can see the available rewards in their E card details in their wallet
